Greenwood has a vibrant arts tradition that spans classical Indian forms and contemporary global expressions. Our dedicated Arts & Culture programme ensures that every student has the opportunity to discover and develop their creative gifts in a supportive, professionally guided environment.

Performing Arts

  • Classical Dance – Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, Kuchipudi — trained under accomplished gurus
  • Western & Carnatic Music – Vocal and instrumental training. Piano, violin, guitar, veena, tabla, mridangam
  • Drama & Theatre – Full theatrical productions staged annually. Acting, direction, lighting, and stagecraft
  • Choir & Band – School choir and concert band perform at major events
  • Contemporary Dance – Western, fusion, and folk dance forms

Visual Arts

  • Painting & Drawing – Watercolour, acrylic, oil, charcoal, pastels
  • Sculpture & Pottery – Clay, terracotta, and mixed media
  • Digital Art & Photography – Professional studio and digital editing facilities
  • Printmaking & Craft – Lino cuts, screen printing, textile arts

Our students have won 40+ state-level awards at Kerala School Kalolsavam. The Greenwood Arts programme has produced award-winning artists, musicians, and performers who continue to represent Kerala nationally and internationally.

Arts Infrastructure

Dedicated music rooms with soundproofing and professional instruments, a fully equipped dance studio with sprung floors and mirrors, a fine arts room with natural lighting, a photography studio with darkroom facilities, and our 2,000-seat auditorium for major performances.
